Definitions

Purchase Price	Input the purchase price of the property that you are interested in.
Our Fees	These are our costs in acting on your behalf. This figure includes VAT.
Local Searches	This is the maximum cost of a search at the local council. The actual cost depends on the individual council. This includes Water and Enviromental searches.
Stamp Duty	A duty imposed by the Government. All purchases bar those under £60000 are required to pay Stamp Duty. Some properties are exempt from Stamp Duty. Please contact us to clarify.
HM Land Registry	To register you as the new owner(s) of the property, this fee is payable
Transfer Fee	This fee is charged by the bank when we transfer the purchase monies to the sellers solicitors
Other Fees	These include all other minor disbursments
